About Ningbo
Ningbo is located at the middlepart of China's eastern coastline and southern flank of theeconomically developed Yangtze River Delta, bordering on Shanghaiand Hangzhou. Ningbo is one of the cities opening up to the outsideworld, an independently-planning-city enjoying the same rights asthose of a provincial government in economic and tradeadministration and management, “a large city” entitled to formulatelocal laws and regulations, and a famous historic city with richcultural heritages. About Foreign Economy and Trade
Ningbo boasts a long history. It isthe birthplace of the "Neolithic He mudu Culture" dating backmore than 7,000 years. Ningbo became one of the three ports forforeign trade in China as early as the 7th century. Nowadays,Ningbo-zhoushan port has become one of the most important ports inChina. In 2018, Ningbo-zhoushan port topped worldwide in the lightof its cargo throughput reaching 1000 million tons. Ningbo hadtrade with 211 countries and regions all around the world with theimport and export trade volume exceeding USD 100 billion for theyear 2018.

参展程序
·参展企业须向消博会组委会申请。
·统一组团参展的，由组团单位按核定的展位数分配给各参展单位。
·参展企业随所在交易团参展，并由组团单位统一管理。
·参展企业的有关费用应按时汇入组办方指定账号。
Application Procedure：
·Overseas enterprises should applydirectly to the organizing committee office of CICGF.
·For exhibitors applying in group,booths will be allocated to the trade delegation, and distributedby each delegations;
·Exhibitors applying with tradedelegations are under the direct management of the tradedelegations;
·Exhibitors are required to remitbooth fee to the designated account of CICGF in time.
参展要求
·参展商品必须是进口产品，产地在境外，由境外公司生产。
·参展企业须提供公司注册证书复印件（须加盖公司印章）或其它有效证明文件。
·遵守知识产权保护条例，共同维护展览秩序，遵守展览会各项规定。
Re of exhibitors
·Exhibits should be import goods,manufactured offshore by overseas manufacturers;
·Exhibitors are required to submitthe copy of company registration certificate (with companystamp) or other valid certificates;
·Exhibitors should abide by theintellectual property rights protection regulations, comply withprovisions of the Expo to maintain the exhibition order.
展位搭建：Stands Building
标摊：由组委会进行统一搭建。
The standard booths will be builtby organizing committee.
光地：由参展企业进行搭建，展位搭建图纸须在5月20日前提交组委会进行审核。
The design and construction of thecustom-built stands are on the exhibitors. Drawings of designproposals should be submitted to the organizing committee forsafety review before May 20.
参展商证件办理：Exhibitor’sRegistration
参展人员证件申请须在5月20日前提交组委会，并于6月4日—6日在展会现场“参展商报道处”领取。
Application for Exhibitor’s Badgeshould be submitted to the organizing committee before May 20. TheExhibitor’s Badge could be collected at the fair venue during June4 to 6.

第22届中国国际日用消费品博览会 招展函
The 22th China International Consumer Goods Fair
Exhibitor’s Invitation
由国家商务部和浙江省人民政府共同主办的中国国际日用消费品博览会(简称“消博会”)是中国进出口商品四大交易会之一，每年6月在的港口城市宁波举办。
第22届“消博会”(CICGF )将于2024年5月16-20日举办，展览面积12万平方米，设文具礼品及装饰品、家居用品、厨卫用品、进口商品及外贸服务4大展区。
由国家商务部和中东欧国家商务部门共同主办的第四届中国-中东欧国家投资贸易博览会将与“消博会”同期举行。
展会之前和展会期间，将开通上海浦东国际机场、虹桥国际机场和人民广场至宁波的穿梭巴士，免费接送到会的境外客商。
China International Consumer GoodsFair (CICGF), co-sponsored by Ministry of Commerce PRC and ZhejiangProvincial People's Government, is one of the four largest importand export fairs in China, which is held in the famous port city ofNingbo in June every year.
The 19th CICGF (CICGF 2020)will be held from June 8 to 12, 2020. With a total exhibiting areaof 120,000sqm, the 19th CICGF will be divided into 4sections:Stationeries, Gifts and Ornaments Section, Household Articles Section, Kitchenware Section, ImportPavilion and Foreign Trade Service Section.
The 4th China-CEEC Investmentand Trade Investment and Trade Expo, organized by CommercialMinistries of the Central and Eastern European Countries andMinistry of Commerce PRC, will be held concurrently with the17th CICGF.
Free shuttle buses will beavailable for overseas visitors between Shanghai (PudongInternational Airport, Hongqiao Airport and People’s Square)and Ningbo, prior to and during the fair.
